All "Associate Freelance Trainers" will be required to hold relevant qualification in their subject area and hold appropriate trainer certificates appropriate to the course in question. They must also be registered with the Insitute for Learning. Further information can be got from their website at www.ifl.org.uk

Great Opportuntity for a Sales Executive - Part-Time or Full-Time

Ideally you will be based from home, however working from our main office in Telford could well be considered if required.

Ideally what we would be looking for is for someone to:

  • Originate new client relationships for our portfolio of training courses;
  • Extend and develop business with existing clients;
  • Have an understanding of the needs of clients and prospective clients and work with them to find effective solutions to their business training requirements;
  • Meet, and where possible exceed, pre-defined monthly targets.

Security - Trainer

Due to the continued expansion of our successful business, we are seeking to appoint an additional "Associate Freelance Trainer", we offer a very attractive rate of pay, and flexible working arrangements.

Trainers delivering the learning which leads to licence-linked qualifcations must demonstrate that they have the necessary experience, knowledge and understanding of the sector in which they are providing training.

As an experienced person you would have worked in the security industry or have worked in a role that can be mapped to the requirements of the private security industry.

To ensure that our trainers have the right occupational expertise, the SIA and Awarding Organisations require trainers to have a minimum of three years frontline operational experience in the last 10 years, relevant to the area they are training.

They also must be able to demonstrate that they are keeping their own knowledge (and skills where appropriate) up to date and relevant to industry. This is best demonstrated by evidence or professional development and/or ongoing workplace experience.

Ideally you will have experience in the following subject areas.

  • CCTV Operations
  • Door Supervision
  • Security Guarding

You will also be required to hold the "Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector" (PTLLS) or a recognised equivalent and/or higher level teaching qualification. If this qualification is not held then we could assist with this for the right applicant, as we do deliver this course ourselves.
