The provisions of Indemnification paragraph is for the benefit of Aroma Group and its officers, directors, employees, agants, licensors and suppliers to the Service. By registering with us or becoming a customer you will give us information that we will only use to assist us in offering you relevant additional services.

This agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of England applicable to agreements made and to be performed in England. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Aroma Group trading as Aroma Training Academy, Aroma Consultancy and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdication sitting in England. Any cause of action or claim you may have respect to the Service must be commenced within 1 (one) yearafter the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Aroma Group failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither th ecourse of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this agreement.
